Makenzi Harrison holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International and Global Studies from Cornerstone University and a Bachelor of Arts in Arabic, Spanish, and Russian Language and Literature from Michigan State University. Her diverse academic background and a strong multilingual proficiency have laid foundation for a dynamic career in international business and innovation leadership.

Currently serving as the Global Impact Manager at The Institute for Functional Medicine, Makenzi leads the organization’s global strategy with a focus on cross-functional project execution, market expansion, and stakeholder-driven innovation. Her work involves building and managing international partnerships, executing program launches, and refining operational processes to enhance scalability and partner satisfaction.
Previously, she worked as an International Inside Sales Representative at Rockwell Medical, Inc., where she cultivated business opportunities across more than 20 global markets. Her ability to tailor communications and marketing efforts to diverse audiences contributed to revenue growth and strengthened client relationships.

Outside of her professional work, Makenzi is actively involved in her community. She volunteers her time supporting local outreach initiatives and working with sheltered animals. In her free time, she enjoys reading, exploring nature, and spending meaningful time with her family.
